Renowned artist Huang Zijiao has recently been exposed as a senior member of the voyeurism forum “Creative Private Room Forum”. According to a report by Central News Agency, Huang Zijiao has purchased hundreds of videos depicting women in various stages of undress and engaging in sexual activities over the past six years. He also possesses several explicit videos featuring underage girls. This revelation has sparked public outrage and the Taipei District Prosecutors Office has decided to give him a suspended prosecution for the crime of possessing sexual images of minors without justification.
The “Creative Private Room Forum,” also known as the “Taiwanese version of the Nth Room,” is a platform where many sexually explicit videos of underage girls are exploited. It also includes videos of innocent women who were unknowingly filmed without their consent. The platform even categorizes and provides personal information about the women in the videos, such as their backgrounds and Facebook information, allowing buyers to know their identities and ages.
The Creative Private Room platform operates discreetly, hiding its wallet addresses and cautioning users on its homepage not to use Binance or domestic exchange wallets to avoid being traced.
The Creative Private Room Forum only accepts paid members, and one of the main methods of payment is through the use of the cryptocurrency USDT. Following the Huang Zijiao incident, although the platform’s webpage can still be found through search, its operations have become more discreet. Not only are the wallet addresses hidden, but the homepage also includes a cautionary note advising users not to use Binance or domestic exchange wallets to avoid detection.

The transparent nature of blockchain makes it easier to trace the flow of funds.
Based on the wallet addresses used by the Creative Private Room in the past, netizens have compiled a list and used tools such as the OKLink blockchain browser and the metasleuth blockchain transaction tracking tool to track the activity of these wallets and trace the flow of funds.
After the incident broke out, there were still users who continued to transfer money to the wallet addresses for storage, with the latest transaction occurring on April 8th.
As shown in the above image, even after the Huang Zijiao incident, there were still users who continued to transfer money to the wallet addresses for storage. Through the use of blockchain transaction tracking platforms, it is possible to directly see transactions made through wallets associated with major domestic and international centralized exchanges such as Binance, Bitfinex, OKEx, and MaiCoin.
By using blockchain transaction tracking platforms, it is possible to directly see wallet addresses associated with transactions made through major domestic and international centralized exchanges.
Although the anonymity of cryptocurrencies can protect users’ privacy and prevent their real identities from being exposed, it is often used as a tool for crime and money laundering. This has led to a negative perception of cryptocurrencies among the general public.
In reality, every transaction record on a wallet leaves a trace on the blockchain. The tracing of blockchain transactions is even more transparent than traditional finance. Both the wallet address of the payer and the payee can become clues for criminal activities. Law enforcement agencies can quickly trace the users by having access to these wallet addresses, thereby enhancing their ability to combat criminal activities.
Since all transactions on the blockchain are public and transparent, anyone can quickly see the transaction status and flow of funds by entering a wallet address. At the same time, when users open an account with an exchange, they are required to undergo KYC identity verification. Additionally, most domestic exchanges cooperate with judicial authorities. Therefore, as long as the law enforcement agencies have the wallet addresses of the payer and the payee, they can quickly trace the users.
Therefore, users should not hold a lucky mindset and believe that using cryptocurrencies can guarantee anonymity and avoid being caught.
However, not all overseas exchanges cooperate with Taiwanese law enforcement agencies. Furthermore, cryptocurrency crimes often require cooperation with overseas law enforcement agencies, which is currently the biggest challenge in investigating cryptocurrency crimes. Currently, Binance is the only overseas exchange that has a cooperative relationship with Taiwan. Therefore, if users of the Creative Private Room Forum conduct transactions through exchanges not cooperating with Taiwanese authorities, it will become even more difficult to trace their activities.
If in the future, the traditional crime prevention system, blockchain transaction tracking, and international cooperation can be integrated, it will be more effective in combating cross-border cryptocurrency crimes.
Through information sharing among international entities, rapid coordination between law enforcement agencies, and more comprehensive regulation of the cryptocurrency market, it may be possible to effectively reduce the occurrence of cryptocurrency crimes and increase society’s trust in cryptocurrencies.
