During the Lunar New Year holiday period, not only are the operating hours of post offices and banks adjusted, but logistics operations at convenience stores and Shopee pick-up points are also modified. **2025 Spring Festival | Post Office Holidays and Work Schedule**
Post offices across Taiwan will be closed for 9 consecutive days from January 25 (Saturday) to February 2 (Sunday). Due to functional adjustments, they will also be closed on January 27 (Saturday), the day before the Lunar New Year’s Eve. They will resume operations on February 3 (Monday). If you need to use post office services such as mailing or remittance, please make sure to visit before January 24 (Friday).
Additionally, since January 27 falls on a Monday, it has been designated as a holiday, so there will be a compensatory day off on February 8 (Saturday).
**Service Suspension**
**Normal Service**
– The collection of mail from mailboxes (boxes) and the delivery of packages, time-sensitive, and regular mail will be suspended.
1. The iMailbox, ATMs, open mailbox rooms, and self-service post offices set up nationwide will continue to operate year-round without interruption.
2. Express mail will be delivered as usual, and all post offices with postal service departments and security personnel will accept domestic and international express mail; the Taipei Mail Processing Center’s Air Mail Division and International Express Mail Division will also provide international express mail services.
Please note that not every post office will provide services for sending packages or letters during the New Year period, so it is advisable to check the information for the post office you intend to visit to avoid unnecessary trips.
**2025 Spring Festival | Bank Holiday Schedule**
Major banks will also suspend operations for 5 consecutive days from January 27 (Saturday) to January 31 (Wednesday) before the Lunar New Year, and they will resume work on February 3 (Monday). Since January 27 is a Monday, it has been designated as a holiday, thus there will be a compensatory day off on February 8 (Saturday).
**2025 Spring Festival | 7-11 and FamilyMart Package Sending and Picking Up**
**7-11 Convenience Store**
During the New Year period, both sending and picking up packages will be normal services. However, the 7-11’s quick pick-up service will suspend vehicle pick-up services from January 26 to February 2, and phone and LINE customer service will be unavailable from January 25 to February 2.

**FamilyMart**
During the New Year period, FamilyMart store-to-store services will operate normally. However, due to the peak delivery season during the Spring Festival, FamilyMart will not provide desired delivery dates for the Home Delivery Plus service until February 9 and does not guarantee next-day delivery.

**2025 Spring Festival | Shopee Store-to-Store Business Hours**
From January 25 (Saturday) to February 2 (Sunday) during the New Year holiday period, the operating hours for Shopee store-to-store pick-up points will also be adjusted. Sellers and buyers should pay attention to the sending and picking up times to avoid missing out.

**Directly Operated Stores**
On Lunar New Year’s Eve, January 28 (Tuesday), and on the first, second, and third days of the New Year (January 29, 30, and 31), services will be suspended before 7 PM. The stores that are closed will resume normal operations on the third day of the New Year, January 31 (Friday) at 7 PM.
**Smart Pick-Up Stores**
These stores will remain open 24 hours during the Spring Festival. However, if there are equipment malfunctions, there may be longer waiting times for resolution.
**Collaboration Stores of Meilian Society**
On Lunar New Year’s Eve, January 28 (Tuesday), they will operate until 7 PM. From January 29 (Wednesday) to January 30 (Thursday), they will resume operations from 11:30 AM to 10:30 PM for pick-ups. Starting from February 1 (Saturday), normal operations will resume.
Additionally, please note that from Lunar New Year’s Eve to the third day of the New Year, only pick-up services will be provided; sending services will not be available. For packages arriving between January 23 (Thursday) and January 31 (Friday), the pick-up period will be extended by 4 days (subject to the arrival notification time). Buyers should pick up their packages at the store within 9 days after receiving the arrival notification.
