On May 19, 2025, during his keynote speech at the Taipei International Computer Show (COMPUTEX), Jensen Huang opened with “Taiwan is my home” and officially announced NVIDIA’s strategic positioning as a “global AI infrastructure company.” This not only revealed the core thinking behind the company’s transformation but also introduced multiple groundbreaking hardware products and technology frameworks.
NVIDIA Taiwan Headquarters Settles in Beitou Science Park
One of the key announcements in this two-hour speech was Huang’s declaration that NVIDIA’s overseas headquarters will be located at the T17 and T18 bases in the Beitou Shilin Technology Park (Beitou Science Park) in Taipei City. This site, situated at 88 and 93 Shuanqiao Section of Beitou District, occupies a total area of 3.89 hectares (approximately 11,767 ping) and is expected to become NVIDIA’s largest research and logistics center in the Asia-Pacific region. Huang also announced that the headquarters would be named “NVIDIA Constellation.”
The following summarizes the key points from the speech on May 19.
Jensen Huang: Taiwan is My Home
At the beginning of his speech, Huang emphasized Taiwan’s significant position in the global technology supply chain, stating, “Taiwan is my home.” He announced that NVIDIA has transformed from a technology company into a “global AI infrastructure company,” marking a significant shift in the company’s positioning. Huang reviewed NVIDIA’s development over the past 30 years: from initially targeting a billion-dollar chip industry to the current landscape of data centers and AI factories, which are measured in trillions of dollars. He pointed out that this transformation originates from fundamental changes in global computing demands.
During the speech, Huang highlighted two key technological milestones that have altered global computing:
- In 2006, the launch of the CUDA platform, which fundamentally redefined computing.
- In 2016, the introduction of the DGX-1 system, which initiated the AI revolution, with the first system donated to OpenAI.
“In 10 Years, AI Will Be Integrated into Everything!” Announcing NVIDIA’s 5-Year Roadmap
Huang indicated that modern data center architecture has evolved from traditional super storage to AI factories requiring massive processors to operate in coordination. To enhance “east-west efficient computing” (the ability to scale horizontally within data centers), NVIDIA acquired networking equipment manufacturer Mellanox in 2019, aiming to treat the entire data center as a unified computing unit. Huang predicted that AI infrastructure will become as essential as electricity and the internet, representing the next generation of smart infrastructure. He stated:
“I know it may be hard to understand what smart infrastructure means right now, but I assure you that in ten years, you will look back and realize that AI has integrated into everything and has become an indispensable part of all regions, industries, countries, and enterprises.”
Huang positioned NVIDIA as a builder of AI factories rather than merely a supplier of AI servers or data centers. He emphasized: “Investing more money will yield greater computing power,” and modified his famous motto “The more you buy, the more you save” to “The more you buy AI factories, the more you make.”

Trends in Agentic AI and Physical AI Development
In his speech, Huang detailed the evolutionary trajectory of AI technology, ranging from Perception AI, Generative AI, to the current Agentic AI, pointing towards the future of Physical AI. He specifically emphasized that Agentic AI possesses the capability to understand, think, and act, requiring 100 to 1000 times the computational power of prompts. This type of Agentic AI will be the focus of robotic development, with significant advancements expected in the coming years. Huang clearly stated:
“The next wave will be Physical AI, and general-purpose robots will be the next trillion-dollar industry.”

New Hardware Architecture: GB300 NVL72 System
Huang announced that NVIDIA will launch the GB300 in the third quarter of this year, the latest product in the NVL72 series, described as “thinking machines.” He noted that the GB300 features greater bandwidth and stronger computational power, representing a significant milestone in computer performance improvement over the past six years. During the speech, Huang explained how NVIDIA utilizes TSMC’s CoWoS advanced packaging technology to connect chips on the PCB, with interconnections between PCBs achieved through NVlink switches, enabling servers to communicate with each other.
